Our new sim was *finally* delivered so I started building. And building. And building. And...huh? I can't take anything into inventory. And anything I delete goes ghostprim. And...oh, yah, of course...Various Inworld Issues. /me kicks the asset server. *cry*

LOL And now Logins Disabled until Further Notice. Wooooooooooo!

Three weeks, money broke every day,asset server issues, now we loose a whole day of revenue becuase they have either broke something or don't have a backup service for whatever mysteriously went down. This is no good at all. Phil said '08 was going to be all about quality. Looks like that was a lie, it continues to get worse and worse by the day. Interesting they have a 3rd party vendor "loose service" right after the Havok 4 upgrade and pushing 1.19 gridwide.

Yes, this is a real pain in the arse. 2 years later and Linden still cannot keep the system running without the issues encountered 2 YEARS AGO.

More irritating than this is the fact that instead of "partnering" with the members of the SL community, they go off and partner with IBM.

I wonder if Linden Labs has considered selling Second Life to a company that is capable of handling it. SL has seen tremendous growth, however, with all of the problems that LL has put users through, I could see it starting to decline soon. If Second Life died out, it would already result in a massive financial loss for Linden Labs, and they are so well known through SL, their reputation would be ruined, especially with all of the corporations that have invested into the game. If they sell it now, it would be in the hands of a company that could handle it more efficiently, it would result in a decent profit for LL, and they could focus on projects that they are capable of handling before ruining their reputation. Just a thought.

I think its time to bring up pro-rated monthly tiers for a vote. It seems only fair, that tiers be pro-rated for poor performance or the site being down. Good money is spent here, and less time every year is given to its actual investors. Would be nice to see some fair play to all who pay their tiers on time without fail, I mean you do expect us to pay, well we expect to play, build and make money as well.

I noticed. Crashed 4 times in about 30 mins and then when they disabled I of course crashed again and cant sign back in. If this is the improvement after the update I would hate to see what happens if it was messed up. Hope the crashes slow down or I wont be able to continue in SL.
